I made it with Primo, which is a cheaper version of Fimo. Its just oven bake clay, and for the black I just used some old acrylic paint I had lying around.

Hey! I love your icon! I LOVE vintage and retro things as well. There is a store where I live called the attic, and upstairs [two sotry] is a BUNCH of retro and vinrtage clothing and fabric and music and bikes and furniture and ... EVERYTHING! :D I love that place. :D

OH, and also, Me and my friends have cracked open around 20 glowsticks and put them ALL over our body [one was an accident, but then it looked awesome, so we did it with ALL OF THE OTHERS and it was fun!] and it didn't irritate our skin at ALL UNTIL we put our hands on our face. Then it started to irritate and ... not really hurt, but IT BUGGED A LOT! It was raining outside, so we went out there and yea... the rain didn't really help.

AND our clothes smelled HORRIBLE, but it comes out with just one wash :D.....

SO, I think as long as you don't do BODY SHOTS with these, I think it will be fine :D

Well I actually HAVE ingested quite A BIT of the non-toxic glow sticks, and other than a DISGUSTING TASTE in my mouth that wouldn't go away for hours, I was completely fine. I went to the nurse because I didn't see the non-toxic thing on the back, and we called up the people, and they said it would be fine.

I'm don't agree or disagree with Mi.ezekateze because I'm not well informed on the toxicity of glowsticks, but I do suggest you look into the science and things BEFORE serving this to any more people.

What I REALLY want to know it... wouldn't that taste HORRIBLE?! I literally drank around half of a glowstick... and EW! holy jesus that taste would NOT go away untill I ate a bag and a half of ritz! YUCK! :D

I want to do them on lapis lazuli because that is our coven stone, but a]I don't have an etching tool b]he already has a set [but I'm thinking if I do make it, I will give it to him as our coven set] c]Even if i HAD a dremel thing, I would be horrible with it, I'm way to used to pencils and pens and fanally d] I would fail greatly in comparison to these, so when i finally DID make them somehow, I would feel that they are crap, and I wouldn't give them to him, and it would be a huge big mess

I got them at michaels for 10 Dollars :D I was actually qutie stupid, I got two pairs [one to do this to, and the other to tye-die] and I figured, its like the shirts there, there are no sized.. I forgot they need to fit my feet. LUCKILY, I just happened to grab the right size. lol

Me and my friends did something simliar to this. We had a set of art pieces based on the environment and being eco friends. so we painted bottle capts [the ones from beer cans] blue and green and all shades in between, then pasted them in a way which created waves lines. It was awesome tastic :D

THATS SO AWESOME! But I've got a different idea for the stitches. Instead of doingthe stiches like that, you build up the lates at two points, like a mountain ridge with a crevace in it. In the crevace, make it more red/blackish and then stich the sides of the crevace together. :D
