You coloured while blow drying? I wonder what would happen if a thick layer of colouring was done first than blow dried?

Blow the hot air from the blow dryer on the crayons and they will melted. High heat will make the work faster but will cause the melting to move around a bit. Patience and a lower setting will cause straighter lines. Holding the blow dryer up and angling it down helps the straight lines as well.

you need something that can stand the weight of the crayons and remain up when blow drying it (unless you do it laying down... hmmm). cardstock might work with a handful of crayons but probably not a lot.
i got my canvas from the dollarstore for $2 (it came with a little paint set that i gave away).

I used the glue gun to glue between the crayons and that little mess on my gun kinda upset me, I don't see me ever putting a crayon through the gun. bleck!

water, vinegar and food colouring work if you don't have those tablets. i wonder how that would work over tattoos?
