Taken at Appleby in the Lake District on a camping trip with my friends, absolutely loved the scenery and would have loved to get a few Pinhole photography snaps. I love long exposures and discovering different forms of photography :)
@Roslast It depends on how thick your hair is. My hair is super thick so even after bleaching it with volume 40 for over an hour it was still strong and soft(ish) :P.
As for the damage, i'd say none really. I really do have super thick hair though.
I've heard all the horror stories of hair falling out and such but none of that happened for me. Also it depends on what your natural colour is. If its really dark it might not work so well :/
I have pretty dark brown hair so I didn't expect it to turn out well but it did, so it might work.
Also I'd reccomend the crazy colour dyes and special effects they both worked really well. (I only used special effects on a strand test, not all of my hair. I used pine green crazy colour for mine).
lol, nikki, is this YOUR buttfreckle??? It's way cuter than the shop bought ones. I like him (or her, I'm tempted to call them buttfrecklettes but maybe that's taking it too far..)
Well done x
You're welcome =] I did the double post thing too, oops.
I do the same thing when I send e-mails. I get really impatient with the send button and end up sending the same e-mail five times...
Your hair is really cool btw. I hope mine turns out like that! (blue though)
I love it!!! I'm gonna go and stick all my alphabet beads on something now. No idea what but something going to get upgraded alpha style! Thanks for the idea :P
I'm going to sound silly asking this but.. what kind of penny is it? It looks cool. It may just be my eyesight but it doesn't look normal. Sorry to ask but I'm really into coins n stuff.
Fab project :P
I'm no good at how to's but Pandora C. made some spiders like this (using the same method) and left a link for a squidoo how to. Here's the link : http://www.squidoo.com/Beaded-Spider
Thanks Pandora for that link. I used:
lots of tiny red beads for the legs
16 medium black beads
8 crystally beads (yes crystally....)
1 big black bead
1 big red glass bead
2 tiny black beads
2 tiny crystally beads (there's that word again lol)
And lots of wire for the red one.
It goes for the legs:
4 tiny red ones
med black bead
4 t r o
med crystally bead
4 tro
med black bead
Sorry I'm no good at how tos but I hope that helped!
