About how long did it take for the CDs to soften? I just tried this out, and mine hardly changed at all... Maybe I didn't heat them long enough?

I looove these, but I can't find the minifigures online for less than a fortune anywhere. Eh, I guess I'll just wait until Lego re-releases a Batman set and then pick some up for cheap. :)
