Such a sweet top - I love the colour combination ^^
I love party cat! Definitely making one of these when I can get back to my sewing machine :)
Those drapey pleats are gorgeous, and I second kathleen - it looks super flattering when it's on :)
Such a sweet fabric combination! :)
Ah, I recognise that fabric! I clearly spend too much time on fabric sites :) It's a lovely skirt and it looks really flattering on you as well!
Hi mpanda - thanks for the fave on my scandi-patterned mug! x
Hi Kira, thanks for favouriting my Saeko Busujima cosplay :)
Hi Saar, thanks for the favouriting my space cowgirl costume :)
That's such an awesome skirt! I love how the bias binding just peeks out from under the taffeta, it's a really sweet detail :)
Oh wow - that's so beautifully put together. Congratulations on the competition :)
Hi Gloom Cookie, I've got a small request. I love your goth/punk loli dress and a couple of people on this thread (http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/board/crafts/general/5871-tutorials-you-d-like-to-see) have been looking for a tutorial for it. Since you haven't put one up, I made a couple of pictures showing them how I'd make it. Would it be alright for me to share it with them?
I've put your name and the title of the project on all of the pictures to show that the dress is your work and that I'm not claiming it as mine (because that's not cool) - and it will only be going on the thread (and my photobucket so I can post the pictures), not on my profile or anything.
I wanted to ask your permission beforehand to make sure you're okay with it. If you'd like to see the pictures to check them, I'll happily send them to you. And hey, if you're happy for me to do this you might get some versions of your dress, which would be awesome!
My boyfriend is obsessed with minecraft and it's his birthday really soon - I think I may just have to make this :P
This is too gorgeous - the dress, the setting, the headband, the editing, all of it...
I'm tempted to make a headband up from clashing pattern scraps. Would you mind if I posted a version?
P.S. Awesome work on the dress, it's beautiful :)
These are so pretty, and I'm impressed by all the little detail bits on the edges *remembers her first - and only - failed attempt at using fimo...*
I love the way this looks, especially the pretty tonal colours. I'm jealous of your jewellery skills!
A how-to, you say? Please do! I'd kill to know how you managed to get your tshirt strips so perfectly rounded. Love the stars on it as well!
Substitute chicken for the prawns and I'm there! Those shrooms are too cute for words.
Why has no-one commented on this yet? They're so freaking adorable! They remind me of some erasers I used to have which looked like citrus fruits, although I'm sure these are infinitely more tasty...
They look so real and nomable... Omnomnom.
I love how close the details are to the real thing :)
That face... it's just too adorable! You did an awesome job on this :)
These are lovely! If you don't mind me asking, what did you use to paint them? I'm always looking for something that's a bit more hardwearing than sharpie for when I draw on my shoes :)
This is so lovely :3
You did an awesome job with the leather as well, you can't tell that it's your first time using the stuff - I'm sure it must have been stupidly hard to sew.
Luma, maybe you could just use PVA or some kind of fabric glue instead? If you measure out the square to the right size and then do all the sticking then that might work... Other than that I don't know :/
These beads are so adorable though and they're only fuelling my current bunting addiction!
I love how infinitely adaptable this is. I need to go buy some pliers... and some jewellery wire...
This is genius! I keep meaning to buy some pressed flowers for card-making but (near enough) free is infinitely better. Thank you for putting this up :)
Hey, thanks for your comment! I really do love your newspaper skirt and I've been looking for newsprint fabric for ages so I can make a version... No luck so far though :(
The rest of your stuff is really awesome too :)
I'm actually in love with that thread spool bandolier, I may just have to make one for myself!
I do love all of it though :)
Okay, ignore that one - it seems to be working now for some strange reason... *sighs*
Hi Crafterella, I need some help. I keep trying to change my avatar picture but even after uploading a new one and setting it as my new avatar it keeps the old picture! Is there something I'm missing?
This is genius! I think I've figured out how to solve my prom shoes problem...
Did you need to prep the shoes at all, or was it just a case of applying liberal amounts of glue? :P
