Autonomous over 2 years ago

i added you. That sounds pretty awesome, be sure to share when it's done :D I'm starting a tattooing apprenticeship, so my schedule will be packed for some time, but I'm gonna have to make something inspired by your work eventually. Keep up the great work! :D

Autonomous

Autonomous over 2 years ago

That sounds pretty awesome to me, do you intend to use the little guy in a project?

I don't think it's that strange-i intend to keep the bones of my beloved corn snake basil whenever he moves on. Plus there are tons of sellers on Etsy who make jewelry of animal bones, so we're definitely not alone in that interest!

You should we'd all love to see it!

Yeah I'm big on anatomy and physiology, and personally the concept of horns fascinate me. Reptiles more so bit they're harder to portray accurately

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

Fantastic work, your dress is so fantastic. Great time to run into this post too, i was thinking about wedding DIY this morning :)

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

Really? that'd be absolutely wonderful if you have time :) He's an albino corn snake named Basilisk, Basil for short.

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

Cute idea for a beta, i love the name you chose!

I wouldn't recommend actually putting this in the water for fish, but i love the idea of having a "beware of basilisk" sign in my snakes pen!

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

Great idea! i can't wait to try this out :D

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

Yes' i'm glad, thank you so much for swapping! it really was great fun. How did you make those great stickers? some kind of paper for inkjet printers?

After reading your post, There should be a polymer clay cameo in the box as well. i lightly taped it down to keep if from shifting too much in shipping :) it's not perfect but it's cute!

Sorry i didn't include a note, i had to get a ride to the post office and they were in quite the hurry.

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

Fantastic!! do you have a full body frontal picture? sad to say you can't see the shirt/top at all.

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

My sister uses these!

If you have textured hair it looks a lot more natural if you texture the ends too (cut them to various but still fairly similar lengths in layers or randomly)

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

Thanks!

When things aren't so hectic in my life I'll be posting a how to, already have the pics ready :) Nice red ones this time too!

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

So jealous! :x i started looking into plaster cloth myself a few days ago only I'm doing a full face mask with it. It'll be much more plain than your adorable lacy creation though!

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

SO CUTE!

Could you link to that pattern please?

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

I'm fairly sure the price tag on the heartbeat is a quality thing, but this is a really really cute way to imitate tho look.
you could make cupcake headphones!!

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

It's very well done, can't wait to see more projects out of you!

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

I totally love this. Did you make a pattern, use an existing one, or just cut by eye?

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

Autonomous

Do you have an etsy? My mum loves everything and anything with a moose on it!

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

I've got this gorgeous black dress that is ever so slightly tight on me' and i love this idea! I'm going to try giving it an extra inch here and there on the remake to fix my fit problem, and if that goes well I'm going to make another for casual wear out of cotton poly :)

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

They are really quite fun :)

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

It's really really hard to tell what you used for this, could i have more information? I've heard of using PVC pipes but you have to fill the base with cement or sand.

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

Thank you, i can read it much better now :)

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

Cute! There are a lot of materials you can use for the actual ring bit too :)

Autonomous

Autonomous almost 3 years ago

Elegantly done!

The how to bit is annoying to read on my low rez monitor :( I can't say i understand why you posted it in that way bit I'm still going to try it some time!

Autonomous

Autonomous about 3 years ago

Adorable!! Lizard Liz makes a very valid point, be careful with those oils! (maybe just squeeze some juice from the orange into the oi before burning?)

Autonomous

Autonomous about 3 years ago

This project is SO fantastic!

Could you clarify what you mean by blowing out the eggs? i assume you mean to poke a hole and let the egg fall out but I'd like to be sure.

Autonomous

Autonomous about 3 years ago

I saw a clear red and a clear blue vinyl today at the local thrift, I'm DYING to snatch them up and make these! :)

Autonomous

Autonomous about 3 years ago

Very pretty result! :)

Autonomous

Autonomous about 3 years ago

Do you happen to know what effects this have on the color of lipstick and length of wear? I'm quite curious :)

Autonomous

Autonomous about 3 years ago

Great tip, can't wait to try this and maybe skip my concealer for a day! :)

Autonomous

Autonomous about 3 years ago

When i want a glitter fueled makeup look, i mix a pinch(or a handful!) of glitter into a bit of liquid base/lotion and apply librally above the eyes. It's especially nice as you don't nessesarily have to put a base color first, depending on how dramatic you want the look to be :)
You can also apply a streak of washable glue stick above your eye and brush or tap the glitter over the area. I use clear tape to mask off the glittery area when i want it higher on the eye area. You can eve make stencils out of paper for small glittery beauty marks on cheeks.
