I'm a surfer girl first and foremost - I live to be in the ocean surfing, swimming, playing. I am the Sub-Editor of a surfing magazine called CARVE and am the Assistant Editor of SurfGirl mag.

I always loved crafty stuff when I was younger, but somehow it fell by the wayside. Now I've armed myself with crafty books, blogs and sites like this and I have a new sewing machine and more wool and knitting needles than I know what to do with.

I love getting out and about where I live in Cornwall - theatre, National Trust sites, anywhere with trees, festivals, raves, anywhere different from the same old same old.

I write fiction, mostly about surfing and the odd bit of romance. Non-fiction wise I can turn my hand to most, but I love writing about surfing and the environment.

I also love dogs, Macs and technology, Iyengar yoga (going to train to teach!), literature, my campervan...
