Oh wow, I just realized I already replied to it... lol well, did it help? :)
Hey Sarah, sorry I took forever to reply to the crocheted sweater, I hope my comment helps! Thanks for adding it to my favorites!
Ok, step 4 is kind of tricky. You are making the arm loop, so after you do 2 triple crochets, you have to ch. 25, and then count 16 stitches and do a triple crochet into that one, and then your really just repeating it on the other side, but it's opposite cause your working form the oppposite side. Sorry it took me so long to reply and if your trying just to read it it will be confusing but if you are actually at that step and doing exactly what I say, you should be able to understand it.
Hey Sarah, Step four on the crocheted sweater is when you make the sleeves. So you have to make a loop to put your arm through. You have to do a triple crochet in the first two stitches, just like you would with any row. Then you have to chain 25,then count 16 stitches starting with the one after your second triple crochet. Then do a regular triple crochet into the 16th stitch. you should of make a loop with the chain 25. and then realy the rest of the step is explaining how to do the same thing on the other side in the same row.
I hope this makes sence and I always find it easier when I have what I am crocheting right there and doing what they say stitch by stitch.
Hope your sweater turns out right and you like it as much as I like mine!!!!
ok, I did some picture on paint, I hope they help!

I so want to try that!!
This was a good idea, so I wouldn't loose my toothpic I made a little tape band at the bottom to keep my toothpic when I'm not using it. Great idea!!!
Okay, I have a pattern!!! will be posting it soon...
My sweater is all one peice, I am trying to post instructions to make it a How-To but it won't publish. :( I want to see pics of what you come up with.
marker, it is really cool!
I taught myself to crochet from a book, you could too!
ok that is SO cute!!! I love how you did the blade too. :D
to Becks S., sry no How-to. I made the pattern up as I went so I don't actually have one. :) lol I could give tips to people that want to make one, but I wouldn't be able to give the exact pattern. though, maybe I will turn it into a how-to. just maybe... ;)
I did this all in one peice. I started at the neck and went down. the only part where I had to tie off is on the sleeves, after it was long enough for me to start the sleeves I chained 10 and slipped stiched it to the sweater to make a loop, and crocheted on there for the sleeves and did the same for the other side. I want to see what you make too!
Its SO easy!! all you do is color your plastic, or what ever you are going to put the glue on (I used a ruler) with markers, NOT permanent, and when it dries it is in your bookmark!
Very cute, I made one and used beads too! It helps when the ribbon gets stuck in the shirt, thanks Becky for that great idea!!! :D
