This came out adorable but ended up being a pain in the ass because within two days there was dust on it and it was almost impossible to clean. I ended up giving it to my cat, she thoroughly enjoyed it though ^.^
A friend of mine years ago crushed his meds and put them in pudding cups, he said he couldnt tell the difference so thats also a good way to take them if you have a hard time swallowing pills. It used to be hard for me, it got easier but I just got these giant Omega supplements and Im back to gagging every morning haha!
I did this forEVER until my hair got long! Now I use different colors only on the sides. Its neat because the hair color never fades, and my friends think I dye it :p I buy human hair though, the beauty store around here sells huge wefts for 12 bux. A tip - you dont have to put so much in your hair if you sew two pieces together to bulk it up :)
I have black stretchy pants that have one of the silver buttons missing on one side, Im going to take that and do my best to turn it into this and I will post a version asap! Thanks for the idea, I had no idea what to do with the pants but I didnt want to throw them away!
Hey! I just saw your comment and my camera is being funny right now, but I got Charlotte Web on the back of my upper arm. Its from my armpit (one of the legs actually goes a bit into my armpit lol) to just about my elbow. Heres a link to a sketch of the GPK http://www.poundart.com/gpk/roughs/s03/098_spider.jpg
When my camera starts working again Ill take a picture and give you the link!
I wouldnt be able to use the sleeves for the bust area, thats not nearly enough material to cover what Ive got under there! But I will use some extra fabric and post a version when I make one. Thank you :) Cute idea
I need to try to figure out a way to make it a completely straight line, if I do Ill post a version or how to if its completely different. Thanks for the idea!
To clean the look up you could turn the sleeve inside out before sewing, and turn right side out again afterwards. Also hem or stitch the button hole so it cleans it up and doesnt fray. Im going to make one and Ill post my version. Very cute and easy idea! Thanx
I think you read the instructions wrong. After you cut the sleeve off, you turn it inside out, over your leg, and pin & sew so its fitted to your leg like a boot you silly goose. Then you hot glue the top to the rim of the shoe so when you turn it right side out again it gives a nice hemmed look to the shoe and makes it look professional. Then you cut off the bottom of the sweater to make a cuff around the top of the now boot...... Would you really wear what you made out in public? You need to finish it! its about 40% done
I bought a pair of heels at the thrift store that Im going to cover with fabric and make the shape different, Im not using leather but thank you for the basic pattern!
Thank you! I want a vintage suit so bad but Ive got big boobies, a big butt and a tiny waistline so I could never find one that would fit me correctly. Now I can make my own!
You can cut the holes out leaving a 1/2" of material inside, then cut at the edges, fold under and hem so the shirt will stay nice and neat and the fabric wont fray. It will also make it look more professional :)
You can see in the picture from the magazine that she is holding the pieces which she cut out of the shirt, and the slits have squared off sides which means she probably cut rectangles instead of just the slashes so material could be removed creating the slashed effect. I like the idea though
I have a pair of black ones that I did a faux finish on a house while wearing and they have paint flecks. This is a perfect idea to fix them, although I would not use zebra stripes. Thank you!
I like it! It would be more simple if you bought a weft of blonde hair, colored and sewed clips on. That way the colors will stay bright forever, and you can take in and out as you wish! I should make a how to

Yes! well, Im usually pretty good with tuts, but I was having the hardest time with this for some reason. It doesnt include what to do with the two long skinny pieces of fabric or the zipper, but Im assuming you attach the two pieces to the sides of the zipper and attach to the baggie after you make the rest. I dont understand how youre folding the little piece of the bottom of the cassette part, it looks like you could be folding it over and downward or sideways? And after you do that to both parts, since theres two pieces of the other fabric do you attach the cassette part to the bottom piece separately on each side and then attach them together? It seems so silly but Im just not getting it :P

You should never tattoo anything on your hands or neck until you have a secure career. Not to be a bitch but that was really stupid

How often would you say to do this? Once a week?
