plastic canvas was a big help in making this sturdy. I was trying to make a how-to, but it's just to intricate, and I'm not patient enough to make the project all over again, in type, lol

I had to favorite this just because that is an absolutely adorable baby picture! That hat is perfect!
For some reason the diagram for the flap didn't show up right in step 9. It basically looks like an envelope with the triangle part open.
Oh, I wish I had somewhere to go to have a reason to get all done up again! This looks so amazing!
Heck, I'd let my kids wear it!
