I'm not crafty, I just like color and I will go to great extremes to make rainbows happen in everyday life.

There's a difference between free and rebellious.

Sometimes I want to look out and see where the sky and the earth meet so that I can have two promisingly beautiful shows every day - a sunrise and sunset. I want to let my hair flow free and not care that I'm not wearing makeup. I want to sit on a porch swing cuddled up with someone I love under a blanket and listen to the rain. I want to hold hands and walk barefoot through a breezy cornfield and listen to the stalks scratch and crackle and grow and feel just as alive as everything around me. I want to wake up before dawn and head to the barn to bottle-feed sweet calves and set out milk for adorable kittens. I want to take afternoon drives through the country in the passenger seat of a rickety old pickup with my feet up on the dash, windows down, weaving my hand through the wind.

Sometimes I just want to party.

You wont understand me. I'm ever-changing and I'm selfish and heartless and understanding and charitable. I'm venomously envious and proud. I have a mean streak a mile wide but I'm a pretty pleasant individual. You might learn to hate me before I learn to love you.

But did I mention I'm awesome?
