Artist Bio:

41: artist, designer, avid crafter and mom to 5 beautiful girls. I moved to Jacksonville from New York to pursue my dream of becoming an artist full time. Since then I have been blessed to be able share my creative gifts with the Jacksonville community and I'm hoping to expand to the online community too!

I'm also poet and a writer. I regularly attend many of the local Spoken Word venues and have performed my poetry for some local events. Often I combine my poetry and my artwork.

As a designer, my background is in Fashion Design. I attended the F.I.T. in NY with Fashion Design as my major. Since coming to Jacksonville I have also had the opportunity to use my design experience as a costume designer for one of it's well-known museums. I also use my design expertise as a Floral designer. I worked as a florist in New York for 9 years and I co-owned a Floral Design Studio with my mother.

I guess you can say I'm a jack of all trades...and master of...nevermind.
