In my cooking class in school we're going to be having an Italian dinner for the parents later on in the year and we're trialling all these recipes at the moment and I got the teacher to let us make your "Soft Amaretti" when we were trialling all these different 'accompaniments' to go with coffee. And...everyone loved the amaretti! it was a hands down winner! and has been selected to be used on the night! So congrats on your awesomeness recipe! :P

do you miss doing your film stuff or has handicrafts taken over your life now? It has for me, I loved doing film, but I think i enjoy the focus you can put into this craft more.

I am happy Crafterella found me on MySpace and invited me here to meet all you creative people. (even recipes)

I just moved to South Haven Michigan from Wickenburg Arizona
(I am a Phoenix Frida) all my ART and magic supplies are all packed away until we move into our new house in June.

It is nice to have this here so I can stay connected to the vreative world while living in limbo.

Doing my Rock-a-billy radio show does make me smile though :O)

Thanks For the info! Yeah i went ahead and made the tape dress form. It turned out pretty good, it was taped a little too flimsily from the bust up, because my "helper" or my boyfriend, got tired of taping after the first 2 layers! So, we have devised a plan to tape it back on, and then re-due the floppy bits!~ So... hopefully it will work, and i have been getting some other supplies together to make a sturdy frame to work around. I will post pic and info when its all done!

And also, I found you asking for crochet tutorials on the web a while ago, try youtube. I taught myself using youtube tutorials a month or so ago and tonight I'm going to make myself a skirt. Once you get the basic stitches on there you can do anything, it's a hundred times easier than knitting.
