How did you find CO+K and why did you join?

I stumbled upon CO+K while looking for craft projects sites. I was looking for free tutorials trying to improve my craftiness and had been looking for months without much luck. Then one day I found CO+K and after several days looking through the projects and tutorials available I joined the group because I'd finally found a place that had what I was looking for, a variety of crafty goodness.

What projects are you currently working on?

I have been working on Doctor Who ornaments for my tree, every time I find something that will work on my tree I do it so this will be a year long project. I also am getting ready to decorate a sweater with a TARDIS (Doctor Who) stencil. And my new really big project is redecorating my bathroom.

What does your craft space look like?

My craft space is an absolute mess!!! I started out with a craft room but I didn't like not being able to watch a show while I was working, watching TV makes me feel like time goes by much quicker and it also helps me to keep track of the time. Now my supplies are still in my art room but I craft in my living room. I developed a bad habit of grabbing the supplies I needed out of the craft room then when I finish I set it aside in the craft room thinking I'd clean it up later and grab the next set of supplies. It has gotten completely out of hand and now I have a lot of work ahead of me to get organized again. Right now my living room is a bit of a crafty mess as well because I've been so busy working on projects. I have projects I haven't started and projects that are in the works taking over my couch. My coffee table where I do my work is the never ending story of cleaning, I clear the table and within a day or two it looks like I haven't done any cleaning. Is there such a thing as a neat and tidy (used) craft space?

Which tool or craft supply do you use the most?

I love Tombow tape runner, and I use it for so many things, it's always a sad day when I use up my last refill.

What do you craft along to?

I listen to country music and watch a wide variety of TV shows and movies... From Sci Fi to drama to cooking shows. It all just depends on the mood I am in while crafting. I've even been known to play a video game while waiting for a project to dry, then pause the game to do the next step then back to the game while it dries again.

Favorite Craft

It is so hard to pick just one craft that I enjoy doing the most. I love making art dolls, art journals, felt dolls, and SMASHBooks. My absolute favorite thing to make isn't actually a thing, I love painting my nails and am always trying new fun and funky designs.

Tiffany's Top Crafts

If you could learn one new craft or make anything, what would it be?

I would love to learn to make candles and work with clay.

Who are your crafting heroes?

My Dad is definitely my crafting hero. He can look at an object and know exactly what it can be turned into. I have many childhood memories of making things with him especially during the holiday season when he would do wood work for a craft fair, didn't always enjoy the sanding though. LOL!
