About

I'm pretty busy during the school year, I am a 8th grade special ed teacher who co-teaches science with 2 awesome teachers.

I have my Masters in School Counseling, now I'm on the search for the right job.

I love to cook and bake, but I don't get time to do it as much as I would like...

I go to church every Sunday because I "have my receipt for my salvation." Faith is what keeps me going and keeps me strong when things get hard.

We have to doggers, Luci, who is our blind one-eyed basset and Sofy, a rescued doberman. They keep life in our house interesting.

I don't have the time, patience, nor energy for drama or excuses.

I can't stand people who are liars or lazy.

My heroes are people who do the right thing even when it's not popular or even accepted....

I love my job, even though it wears me out everyday, I go the next day and push as hard as I can, even though some days I feel like Sisyphus.

I try to teach my students to be good citizens of the world. I try my best to teach them compassion, respect, and responsibility by being the best example I can. I try to remember to remind them to "Be good!"

I have a soft spot in my heart for children who are on the autistic spectrum. I love to talk to them and work with them because they see the world differently and it enthralls me.

I vow to stand up and protect those who can't. I believer in karma and justice on the highest level. You get what you put in and people get what they deserve.

I believe that as long as I am doing what is right that God will protect me, whether I'm delivering food to a homeless shelter or Christmas to an apartment in a bad neighborhood.

I would spend my last dime for a child in need without question.
