It's crochet - all the shapes done i the round and then all stiched together - it was a really satisfying one to do!

Crochet Hexipuffs! Oh so satisfying little stuffed Hex's which then get joined in the corners to make whatever you want, you can used wee bits of left over yarn so nice and eco too!
