I've been making my own jewellery since I was young, in high school both my arms were covered in brightly coloured pony bead bracelets and tatty friendship bracelets. I though I was so punk rock.

These days I still make my own stuff,and sell a lot too. I'm not into making lots of the one design, in fact in my shop there's usually one one of each piece. I like the thought of being the only person in the world who owns something.

Although I still do a lot of beaded items, I've shifted into crating new pieces of jewellery from vintage pieces, charms that I've found or older pieces of jewellery that I've bought.

It's recycling at it's best!
