Tell us a bit about your home and what you love about it the most?
I love the layout of my home. It is perfect for having lots of people over and there is plenty of room for us to play.
What was the first DIY project you did to your home or first thing you made for it?
We replaced all of the flooring and baseboards before we moved in and painted. It was a big job, but so much easier without furniture!
Do you have any tips for staying tidy & organised?
Use your time wisely. I'm sorta a routine person, so if I get into the habit of doing my have to-dos at the same time each day I know they will get done.
If you could tour any celebrities home, who would it be?
Sabrina Soto from HGTV. She has great style and uses color and pattern perfectly. I would also like to see if she actually has stuff from Target in her own home :)
If you had three wishes, what changes would you make to your home?
Hmmm...
1. I would move it to the end of a cul de sac so we could play out in the front more. Right now we live on a bit of a hill and people drive way too fast.
2. I would have my master bedroom and bathroom redone. Masters always seem to be last on the list budget and time wise.
3. I would have a landscaper come and redo all of the plants in my back yard. I know nothing about plants and always plant the wrong things.
