When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?

I made cooked desserts as a 10 yr old every day after school.
First recipe... I think was an ambitious American chocolate cake.

What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?

I have a cute little kitchen with pale blue color on the walls that I accent with mint green details.

I have a table where I keep my Vitamix blender and my Cusinart Food processor, a pretty etno engraved metall box that is my super food stash (it is very inspiring to see my own products in my working area). When I bake I put the ingredients I need in a fair trade pink low round basket to get more organized.

I also have a window at my table. Under the table I have a smaller fridge to keep sensitive super foods and raw cakes and pies.

What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?

• Develop your own style,
• learn from your own trial and errors (write them down)
• let other people taste what you have made and give you feedback.

Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?

Marilyn Monroe would get a white chocolate pannacotta with one layer of licorice sauce.

Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?

I love making dream boards!

Which cooking blogs do you love to read?

Not many..

I try to focus on my own creativity, I'm super afraid to fall into copy-cat:ism. I don't like to be influenced by other raw dessert chef's work but to develop my own personal style.
