When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?

After I married my husband, Ryan, I became really interested in cooking. One of the first recipes I made was Baked Mostaccioli, and while it was baking I kept telling myself that I should make a PB&J for dinner because I thought it was going to be gross. It was amazing and is one of our favorite recipes.

What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?

My kitchen is tiny, considering our whole apartment is 600 square feet! I like to clean dirty dishes as I go to keep the clutter controlled.

What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?

Start making recipes that are slightly out of your comfort zone.

Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?

In college I lived with 10 other girls, and I adore them. It would be a blast to get together and have dinner with them again. I would make Edamame Chicken Fried Rice.

Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?

I enjoy photography, running, and finding new recipes.
