When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?

I started cooking and baking as a kid. Some of the first recipes I tried were cookies and cakes.

What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?

My last kitchen was pretty small, so I had to use the space effectively. Fortunately, it didn't stop me from cooking and baking! My new place has a larger kitchen and dining room so I'm excited to have that space for more project and gadgets.

What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?

Start with one or two basic cookbooks and start cooking! A good way to approach this is by learning one new skill or trying a new ingredient every week.

Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?

I've always wanted to do a dessert party with all my friends and go all out!

Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?

I crochet, knit, sew, draw, and paint. I like to read, write, cook, antique shop, blog, do yoga, and work on my own photo projects.
