When did you first start crafting and how did you learn?
When I was 16 years old. I went to a Creative Memories Party with my aunt and fell in love with scrapbooking.
Can you remember the first thing you made?
I made a 8.5 x 11 layout of me and my boyfriend (husband now) of our dance pictures.
Where do you look for inspiration?
Everywhere I look I find crafty inspiration. Logos on businesses, color combos on clothing, commercials on T.V. etc. I also find awesome inspiration through all of my crafty friends on Facebook, Blogs and youtube. I am big on buying any craft magazine or book that comes out! Love them.
What's your craft space like and how do you organize your supplies?
My Craft space is a large room in a separate building from my home. I am fortunate to have a bathroom in my craft room. My craft space is Madge's Scrappin Lounge. It has pink and green walls two of the side walls are lined with white cabinets and countertops. One of the side walls has 5 tall white columns that has 12x12 slots that holds my cardstock/ pattern paper and some of my embellishments. The other side wall is another set of 4 columns that hold seasonal and holiday paper and embellishments. I love my Scrappin Lounge!!!
What music/podcasts/TV shows do you love to craft along to?
I love to jam out to Pink Radio on both Pandora and Itunes radio. I also like to watch all of the chick flicks out in my craft room.
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
I have just started into mixed media work and I love love it!! I love painting and getting my hands messy!! Creating a piece of art that I can display in my home makes me happy! I also love to read, camp with my family, and go shopping with my two girls!
