When did you first start making jewelry and how did you learn?
I’ve been making jewelry since I was a kid. I loved collecting beads from different parts of the world, then string them to make necklaces or bracelets. I learned more and got better at it by combining my DIY home renovating skills with my love for crafting jewelry.
Can you remember the first piece you made?
When I was 6 or 7, I think, I made a bracelet with the gigantic bead set my aunt bought in Paris.
Where do you look for inspiration?
Current trends, Fashion blogs, My favorite stores
What's your craft space like and how do you organize your supplies?
Messy. Very, very messy. I organize my supplies in bins, boxes and divided containers, though, so it’s all good.
What music/podcasts/TV shows do you love to craft along to?
Drop-a-Beat Workout from Songza, Club music or zumba music sometimes.
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
I make random home accessories, sew, paint, and design wall prints and cards. I also love repurposing and baking, occasionally. Other than that, well, I like trying out different MMORPGs, making Japanese street fashion work with me, collect nail polish and basically try anything that looks interesting to me.
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
Doing something that interests you will make you know yourself more.
