When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?

2nd year of college. I think my first was chocolate chip cookies.

What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?

My kitchen is very small, since it's just a college apartment kitchen. I'm a very organized person in general, so the counters are all messy while I'm baking or cooking. However, I always clean up after.

What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?

Just keep trying and reading recipes! Read all that interests you and you'll naturally learn new things and improve.

Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?

In my dream dinner party, I would invite Ina Garten, Racheal Ray, some food bloggers, my friends and family. I think I'll make a baked pasta casserole along with some cream puffs and ice cream for dessert!

Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?

I love making handmade card for birthdays and anniversaries. I've been doing it since I was 14 or so. I also enjoy making origami as well.

Which cooking blogs do you love to read?

Is there anything else you'd like to add?

Thank you for reading! :D Also, I love blueberries. :D
