Baking and mixing drinks for my friends, tending bees, reading "House Beautiful," and watching shows like Parks and Rec and Downton Abbey.
What are your favorite crafts?
Household sewing projects, like pillows and tablecloths. I love fabric, and remnant fabric makes pillow covers pretty cheap. And they're an easy project that can do a lot for a room.
What do you craft along to?
Baking and mixing drinks for my friends, tending bees, reading "House Beautiful," and watching shows like Parks and Rec and Downton Abbey.
What was the first project you ever made?
I drew a lot when I was little. There were a lot of Dr. Seussian cityscapes, up in the air with turrets and lots of different levels connected by bridges and stairs.
