When you live with 4 other people, you gotta know how to make quick easy food that tastes good. There's never enough food in my kitchen, and I'm not ghetto enough to eat buttered tortillas like my dad.
You may have to change the number of times you put it into the microwave, the cheese just has to be completely melted.

Put your tortillas on a plate (plastic works best) and put them in the microwave for 10 seconds.

On one tortilla, put the sandwich cheese, the grated cheddar cheese, and the sandwich meat (I used turkey in this one).

Put the other tortilla on top and pop it in the microwave 30 seconds at a time. And check to see if the cheese is melted. CAUTION: will be hot
(not done in pic) -
Repeat step 3. It will be even hotter this time. I burnt my fingers taking the pic. You won't burn your fingers as bad as I did because you don't have to hold it to take a pic.
(still not done) -
Repeat step 3 with extreme care. It will be very hot.
(now its done) -
Remove carefully. You can let it cool before you pick it up, but I wanted to take another pic sooner, so I used an oven mit. (I'm eating it as I write the how-to YUM)

Let cool. It may take longer than you'd think. And enjoy.

it's like the sandwich we know here as "tostado de pan arabe"(sandwich toast of chese and meat with bread without yeast)
but, really, is very very yummy!!!
