Yummy Cinnamon Rolls

  • Completed Project: Yummy Cinnamon Rolls Picture #1

Yum!!

This is a recipe I found online. I wish I could call it my own but I just can't.

But since I found it I make it tradition to make them every holiday.

I linked the recipe below. It gives all the details you'll need.
But if you have any questions feel free to ask!

oh and I used a different frosting recipe I just kinda mixed a small amount of butter with some powdered sugar and milk, I really just eyeballed the whole thing. I'm just not a big fan of cream cheese.

This was a super easy recipe to follow. It seems like there are a lot of ingredients but most the stuff you already have around the house.

I used bread flour, But I don't think that you have to use it. Bread flour has gluten in it so that makes it more rubbery or elastic. I think if you used normal flour that the roll would be a bit more flaky or dry but that might not be too bad so it's really up to you. Good luck hope it turns out.

So, is bread flour different than regular flour? Do I have to go out and buy that specifically?
