Preheat oven to 400 degrees...
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Egg White
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and the egg white.
Now set aside...
12 Honey Maid Graham Crackers
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
5 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
Put all graham crackers in a ziplock plastic bag and zip it up. Then use a rolling pin and rool over them until fully crushed into crumbs.
Now put all of the graham cracker crumbs into the bowl and add the brown sugar, and cinnamon. Now use two pastry knifes or butter knifes and cut the butter into your dry mix.
Now place baking cups into a dozen cupcake sheet.
Put about a tablespoon of your crust mix into the cups and press the mix down around the cup to line the baking cups like in the picture.
PUT IT ALL TOGETHER:
Pour about 2 teaspoons of your filling into all of your cups.
Now place them in the oven for 10-12 minutes. When done take out and cool.
Take cups out and put them on a plate. Chill in the refridgerator for 1 hour.
Finally add 1 teaspoon of strawberry filling on top of your cups and enjoy...
