FINALLY!
Ran to the thrift store; grabbed the first 2X man's tshirt i found, and presto-chango - I have comfy run around the house pants!!!

What a FUN project!

I modified my waistband a bit by grabbing some leftover stretch knit fabric and just letting the stretch hold my pants on :)
