I had see earrings in this style, but i didn't like them, I want to make my own!

  1. Step 1

    You need a Wire cutter,
    Wire,
    Yarn,
    Glass Pearl Beads
    and a earwire :)

  2. Step 2

    Cut a Piece of wire!

    Make out of the wire a tear form!
    let a bit more wire on the end, for the loop :D

  4. Step 4

    twist one end a bit,
    than thread the pearls on the wire.
    Dano't put to much of pearls on the wire, you need a bit distance!
    you need a bit of the place for the yarn!

    thank make a loop of the end of the wire!

    Than start with the yarn!
    on the first pearl, near the loop knop the yarn!

    here you see where the yarn starts * lool near the loop there is a bit to muck of the yarn*

    than we start to work with the yarn!

    you take the wire to th end of the loop, but not in the middle!
    On the side!

    Look, on the right bottom of the wire, there is not so much place like on the left top!

    But that is no problem!

    On the bottom on the right I#m at the end!
    But no problem, make it liuke you do before, to the end of the left top!

what gauge wire did you use? Because I'm using 20 but its a bit floppy.

I saw a pair of these for sale in a shop near me. They were only like a couple dollars so I bought them so that I could work out my own version. Glad to see that I'm not the only one that has had that idea. I think it'll be a great way to use up extra cross stitch thread!!
