A second spin off of Cat's wrapper bracelet exept this time I used magazine pages. I cut wrapper sized pieces out of the magazine and followed the same steps as before but for the last step I covered the bracelet in modge podge. I made another one a while ago and most of the text rubbed off so the modge podge is just a measure of protection. I love it though :D everytime I wear it I get a bunch of compliments ^^ Thank you for the idea!!
