• 

  Step 1

  Determine how long you want your bracelet to be. I did this by wrapping the wire around my wrist until I liked the number of loops. Snip with wire cutters.

  Step 2

  Add a dab of glue to the end of the wire. Begin wrapping your embroidery floss around the wire. Because I use variegated floss I wanted one continuous piece, but if you are using a solid color I would recommend shorter pieces because a lot tension builds up in the string and it tends to get tangled. After a couple of loops I capped it with one of the yellow wooden beads. This will keep your charms from sliding off!

• Step 3

  Continue wrapping. And wrapping. And wrapping. Once you get far enough from the end it starts getting tricky because your wrapping arm has to make bigger and bigger circles. I found that twisting the wire while holding the string in place worked well. Add a dab of glue every couple of inches. I used the clothespin to hold the string if I had to take a break, but if you use fast drying glue this probably not necessary.

  Step 4

  Once you have wrapped the entire length of wire cap it with more glue and another bead. OR if you want to add beads to bracelet, do this first and then cap it. The charms can be added at the end by attaching jump rings. I then shaped the coils to make them more round- the wire tends to lose its shape as you wrap. And you're done!
