I was walking my dog and saw some long grass so picked 6 blades, tied a knot in one end and started to weave from the left side only to the right. when I had a long enough piece of weave I sewed the ends together with a beading needle so the grass would not split so much, cut off the ends and had myself a nice, free bangle.
I copied the first weaving picture but with six strands folded and no stick in it.

Very cute and very natural! If you want to wear it without the fear of it breaking [not like you couldn't just make another BUT STILL] You could [cheap] cover it in elmers glue or [not so cheap] even some resin. :D

I learned how to weave from a childs book and my daughter has now got it, that meens it is lost till we tidy up her mess! It was called finger weaving but cannot find it on internet.
