A felt Apple brooch with a Wormy!
this brooch is super cute, if I do say so myself! and you can make it any size you like!

  • Step 1

    cut out an apple shape from the red felt with a stem and leaf attached, so its all one piece of felt, and glue it onto the cardboard.

  • Step 2

    cut a leaf out of the green felt and glue it on top of the red leaf. cut out a red circle, not exact, can have some curvy lines, and glue it onto the apple, on the right half. cut a "crescent" moon shape from the white felt, and stick it on the top left hand side of the apple. this makes it look shiny!

  • Step 3

    cut out a worm shape from the green, but not a whole worm. glue the googly eye onto it's face.

  • Step 4

    thread the wool/yarn/embroidery thread through the needle. Starting from the back, push the needle through the worm's "cheek" and bring the thread round to the back of the worm. tie the ends in a knot, making a smiley mouth on the front! glue worm onto apple, so it's coming out of the red circle.
