my grandma has decided to be a witch for halloween so instead of bringing her purse I made this cauldron into one that would go with her outfit.
You Will Need

Step 1get all your material together.

Step 2measure around the top of the cauldron to get the circumfrence. this measurement will be how big of a tube your material will be.

Step 3measure out the string on your material and cut.

Step 4after you sew the sem press and fold down the top twice. this will make the look mor finisheed and give that ruffled effect.

Step 5sew two lines half an inch apart this is where you will be putting the draw string.

Step 6cut two little holes inbetween the red line. Only cut thre one layer of the material, this gives it a neater look.

Step 7start gluing the material to the cauldron. **TIP: close the draw string before you mark how far down on the material your going to glue. this way you know it will close. My material tube was long, I know I might be confusing but trust me.**
Glue all the way around.

Step 8this is what it should look like. :)

Step 9cut out a round circle to glue on the bottom.

Step 10glue the lose parts of the top material to the sides and bottom the glue the circle on top of that. It will Turn out like this. And your all done :D you have a cute little witchs cauldron for your purse.
