get all your material together.

measure around the top of the cauldron to get the circumfrence. this measurement will be how big of a tube your material will be.

measure out the string on your material and cut.

after you sew the sem press and fold down the top twice. this will make the look mor finisheed and give that ruffled effect.

sew two lines half an inch apart this is where you will be putting the draw string.

cut two little holes inbetween the red line. Only cut thre one layer of the material, this gives it a neater look.

start gluing the material to the cauldron. **TIP: close the draw string before you mark how far down on the material your going to glue. this way you know it will close. My material tube was long, I know I might be confusing but trust me.**

Glue all the way around.

cut out a round circle to glue on the bottom.

glue the lose parts of the top material to the sides and bottom the glue the circle on top of that. It will Turn out like this. And your all done :D you have a cute little witchs cauldron for your purse.
