This dress can be for a Halloween costume or just to make your doll look cool. I found a small shirt of mine from when I was little and thought it would look cool for a witch dress for a doll of mine named Willow, since she looks like a witch with her long black hair and distant eyes.
This dress can be for a Halloween costume or just to make your doll look cool. I found a small shirt of mine from when I was little and thought it would look cool for a witch dress for a doll of mine named Willow, since she looks like a witch with her long black hair and distant eyes.
Get your shirt and scissors and cut the sleeves until they're the length you want. I made the ends of mine raggedy and uneven.
OPTIONAL: You can cut the bottom of the shirt if it's too long, but I left mine the way it was because it just barely went past her feet and made sort of a cool-looking puddle on the floor.
If you need to, sew the shoulders of the top of the shirt together. I made mine bunched up together. To do this, just bunch it together like in the picture and push the needle through.
Find an odd-looking pendant necklace. It doesn't exactly have to be weird or odd, just interesting. I found an elephant frame filled in with vines and swirls that I got for my birthday last year and used it. I had to twist it and pull it over her head again because it was too long.
Mess up her hair if you want. Willow's hair was already messed up, so I didn't have to do this :) You should use a doll with really long hair.
