• 

  Step 1

  Find some wood you can use to create a shelf. We used this Paris sign that we already had and then nailed together three planks of wood to create the bottom part of the shelf. We also found this bird candle holder to hold the bottle of wine.

  Step 2

  Attach the 2 wood boards together with 2 L brackets to create a shelf. Then Attach the hanging hardware to the top piece.

  Step 3

  Attach the wine rack to the underside of the shelf. We picked up this one from Ikea.

• 

  Step 4

  On the right side of the sign we put in a screw at an angle to hold the candle holder. Putting the screw in at an angle will anchor it more to hold the weight of the wine bottle. We also wrapped some twine around to hide the ugly screw.

  Step 5

  Finally, we added another hook on the left side to hold a corkscrew.
