Start with a fresh, clean face.

Grab your foundation. One that matches you skin tone perfectly is the one you need.I use Covergirl Trublend and you can't even tell I'm wearing it.

Apply your foundation, especially around the eyes. You can do this with concealer, too.

Apply eyeliner to the rounded outer part of your eye only. I use a wet eyeliner brush and black eyeshadow, but felt tip, liquid, or gel liner will work just as well. Make sure to not hit the outer corner of the eye, this will cause your eye to look more almond like rather than round, which is the intent.

Some say that white liner on the lower lash line makes your eyes look wider but, too me, it doesn't work.

Mascara is a must. I use Great Lash by Maybeline. Mascara opens your eyes.

Curl curl curl your lashes! I do it twice: on the base then the tips.

Finish your look with blush, lipgloss, so on so forth.
