You Will Need
For the vanilla mix
1 cup
sifted whole wheat
Flour
1 tsp
Baking Powder
¼ cup
Brown
Sugar
with stevia
1
Egg
¼ cup
Skim
Milk
2 tbsp
Vegetable Oil
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
For the chocolate mix
1 cup
sifted whole wheat
Flour
minus a tablespoon
1 tbsp
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp
Baking Powder
¼ cup
Brown
Sugar
with stevia
1
Egg
¼
Skim
Milk
2 tbsp
Vegetable
Oil
½ tsp
Almond
Extract

Step 1
Preheat oven to 170° (350° F) and prepare a round mold

Step 2
In a bowl add all dry ingredients for the vanilla mix and stir well.

In the center add all liquid ingredients and beat until smooth.

Step 4
In a separate bowl, repeat the previous steps with the ingredients for the chocolate mix.

Add in one half of the mold the vanilla mix and in the other half the chocolate mix.

Carefully pass a knife between vanilla and chocolate mixture.

Bake for 35 minutes.

Allow to cool and enjoy!
