Water Bottle Flower

A great way to brighten up your day!

This is a fun and easy way to add some color into your life.

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    First, cut the top of a water or soda bottle into a dome, then cut some strips down to the nose of the bottle.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Flop the petals back, and on the opposite side of the nose (which in case you haven't noticed is where you screw on the top) hot glue the cap on. Then, color your flower.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Then roll a piece of construction paper into a roll, and stick it into the nose of the bottle.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Then add embellishments and color the cap and voila! You have a beautiful flower that never dies!

ooh it's not lit up it's just brightly colored in the middle haha! very awesome. I shall have to find some green paper and make one myself.

if you roll a small enough flash light in the construction paper i bet it'd make an amazing flashlight; maybe an even better fire hazard! haha, sounds like funn
