I found cheap bracelets at Walmart. They had these wooden tile beads with smiley faces. Sooo, took apart the bracelets and altered them- glue to earring post blanks and..tada!
Have some heart ones I want to to something with too.
Also after adding the acrylic paint, let it dry then use some dimensional craft glaze to seal it all up with a good shiney surface.
