A very easy but effective way to make this! Cool idea, you can bet I'll be doing this whenever I pick up extra chopsticks!

Wow, these are so cute! I once used a dowel and sculpey years ago and created Hermione's Wand. Took some doing, I must say, the intricate leaves and vines were not too hard, but I had to get them just right. (I can be a perfectionist sometimes) Now I am going to use this method to create the Deathly Hallow-The Elder Wand! Cool, why didn't I think of this sooner?

Also, I could not find a single bead, so I used bits of gravel and little pebbels. Worked well.

I couldn't find any chopsticks at home (and I was so desperate to make some I couldn't wait to go into town to buy any!) so I just gathered up some twigs and sticks that were hanging about and they're working out great!

I reckon my patronus would be a fox, that'd be cool. However, I'd also settle for something like a hare, cat, sparrow or rat, if I wasn't such a muggle...

Thanks for the stellar tutorial!

They look awesome! Do you think regular "yard/tree" sticks would work? I thought the glue might not stick. Anyway, these are really cool and I can't believe I didn't think of it.

I love that these aren't recreations of the wands from the movies. Instead, they're part of the person who makes them, really. Ollivander would be proud.
