Grab some CD cases (I used old ones I don't listen to anymore) and empty out the music bits from it.

Grab some magazines, old calendars, photo albums, the possibilities are endless and cut out the images or words you want placed inside the cases.

Then just slip them in the case where the music pamphlet usually goes.

I used Tak and it worked quite well for me.
Just put some in each corner on the back of the CD case and hang it up on the wall!

Now make as many as you want, and put in a design you like!
