Serve with Coffee and some OJ and you're good to go!

Healthy suggestions:
Whole Grain Waffles
Egg substitute (Egg Beaters)
Light Margarine
Light Maple Syrup
Fat Free or Soy Cheese Slices
Veggie sausage/bacon

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

Throw your waffles into the toaster.
    *I used blueberry :)

  2. Step 2

OPTIONAL: If you are going to add bacon or sausage, make sure that you cook that first.

Use either 1-2 slices of bacon or 1 sausage patty.

  3. Step 3

Put about 2 Tbsp butter/margarine into a frying pan. Fry or scramble eggs and lightly add salt & pepper.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

When waffles are done, lightly butter them and put a small amount of maple syrup on them.

  5. Step 5

    Step 5

Add slice of cheese, egg and bacon/sausage (if app), and top sandwich with other waffle. You can cut it in half if you want to.

    Eat!

camilaustral...I actually made them first on homemade waffles, so go for it...you can always make a bunch and freeze them, then crisp them up in the toaster/oven.
