Still Use For Junk!(next Stop The Bin!) Out of Date and Favour!
Well here we are again, somethings just don't stand the test of time.....
Now that DVD's have taken over what are we to do with all those video cases? (I am working on what to do with the tapes...tried knitting, but they are a bit fragile and stuff makes my hands brown!)
So I looked around in my shed for an old keyboard and had an idea!
(dangerous tea will be delayed again!)

  • Step 1

With the help of a keyboard that has a few letters missing....Secretly I used them for something else. So my list is:-
    Old video box
    Cutters
    Keyboard
    Screwdriver
All Purpose Sealant (translucent/colored you can get pink over here in the UK!WICKED)I use this stuff instead of Silicone Glue!Works in the same way only cheaper!(I even use it on my cards!)
I find lists very hard to make because I have loads of tools laying around my house!

    Step 3

Using a screwdriver flick out as many letters as you require..Watch out these flick everywhere and the one you are going to lose is the key you want most!
If you were making it for someone special you could put their name/date of birth or something in it to make it extra special!
Or if it's for a computer GEEK you could make it GEEKY?

    Step 4

Once the keys are out they need to be made not to wobble, so trim off any bits that are sticking up! These bits go everywhere 2! So watch out for them! To make them flat and easy to put on to the video box in the next step!

  • How to make a recycled photo frame. Video Box Frame - Step 5
    Step 5

Open up the empty video box and put on a generous blob of sealant! It drys clear so it doesn't matter if some squides out!
If you use colored sealant that will fill in the gaps!
    Just like tiling!

    Step 6

Put key into the sealant and wiggle into the place you want it to be!

    Step 7

Lay the keys next to each other to form the boarder around the back of the empty video box (as in piccie)
And very soon you will be back where you started!
