    Step 1

    Place some ice in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Add the gin and top up with apple juice and honey.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Fill a tall glass with ice, lime and mint.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Shake the alcohol together in the shaker and then strain in to the glass.

It may be a little strong, you can alter the amounts of alcohol you use though.

Yummyy this is John and myselfs favourite drink-We make it with rum,lime,mint and coke, its quite strong but really yummy. When we went to Cuba we had it none stop!
