I've had this blazer for couple of years and I had never worn it. After I saw the tut,I knew what I was going to do to spruce up the blazer. I added a few more minutes onto the total time it took to make it because of the ruffles. My husband said it was cute. I can't wait to wear it. Kudos to Chelsea!!
