you'll need
dry navy beans
one onion
3 stalks celery
box o fresh button shrooms (on special for one dollar)
salt & pepper
cumin
coconut oil (for caramelizing onion and greasing up the pot)

first rinse your beans (no dirt or rocks please).

over medium high heat drop your coconut oil and chopped onion. let it caramelize.
add the beans , sure to coat them with the oil too.

cover with water 2x higher than beans. add salt, pepper and cumin to your liking.
reduce heat to a bit less than medium and boil for a while, til beans are done, add more water.

add celery and whole button shrooms, cook on low for another while til your satisfied with your soup. enjoy.

Hey Mariah, I had this soup in mind today at the market (I didn't realize this was yours)! Can you imagine they did not have dry Navy Beans? :-( It looks wonderful, Basic yumminess! :-)
