you'll need
dry navy beans
one onion
3 stalks celery
box o fresh button shrooms (on special for one dollar)
salt & pepper
cumin
coconut oil (for caramelizing onion and greasing up the pot) -
first rinse your beans (no dirt or rocks please).

over medium high heat drop your coconut oil and chopped onion. let it caramelize.
add the beans , sure to coat them with the oil too. -
cover with water 2x higher than beans. add salt, pepper and cumin to your liking.
reduce heat to a bit less than medium and boil for a while, til beans are done, add more water. -
add celery and whole button shrooms, cook on low for another while til your satisfied with your soup. enjoy.

Hey Mariah, I had this soup in mind today at the market (I didn't realize this was yours)! Can you imagine they did not have dry Navy Beans? :-( It looks wonderful, Basic yumminess! :-)
