These are so easy and so quick and so very tasty! I love the cinnamon on top - I had never tried that before. Mine weren't vegan because I had to use what was laying around. I used the yogurt based margarine and real eggs. Thank you for posting this! I <3 it. Now time to quit typing so I can eat some more :-)
