It is soooooooo good <3
So bad for my health, but when it's around I don't care.

200 gr. flour
200 gr. Sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 cups water (or soy milk)
half a cup olive oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
vanilla (optional)

mix all the dry ingredients, and then add the wet ingredients. Mix them, pour into a baking pan, and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes on 200 celcius.

I put the recipe in the description. In this recipe I did not specifically use any egg substitute, but usually I use 1 tbsp. corn starch + 2 tbsp. water. I found this little substitute recipe a while ago, and for me it's working out well.
